Do you install?
We are a manufacturer only and so do not install. We work with many experienced contractors and installers all over Southern Ontario and we’d be happy to put you in touch with one them to help you with your project.
Do you do custom lengths or heights for your railings?
Yes, we build the railings to the required lengths, saving you both time and material. This can also apply for posts and gate lengths/heights.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes, our showroom is open for you to have a look! Our showroom is open from 8:30am- 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
What is the turnaround time for orders?
During the summer season the turnaround time is around 3-4 weeks for standard rails, and 4-5 weeks for decorative styles and glass pieces. During the other 3 seasons, they are 2-3 weeks for standard rails, and 3-4 weeks for decorative styles and glass.
Can we mix and match styles?
Yes. Though, as some styles may not be compatible with certain handrails/ other designs, please consult with us first.
Do you provide quotes over the phone?
No, for a quotation please contact us with the email provided on our website. Please include style (codes can be found on our online catalogue), colour, and measurements needed for your railings, and we shall contact you within 24-48 hours.
Do you have engineering for the rails?
Our engineering covers up to five floors and can be used in both commercial and residential applications. If you require further information on the engineering, please send us an email.
